Psychotherapy is a process that will help you overcome lives challenges, learn to deal with difficult emotions and gain resilience for future life.

If you are not feeling good about yourself or your life’s trajectory, therapy can help improve your situation. Therapy can significantly improve the level of comfort you feel within yourself and around others.

Strong relationships with family, friends and Rabbis are extremely important but are not a replacement for therapy.

Therapists have received specialist training to see things in a new light. The way therapists work through issues are often counter-intuitive and are backed up by years of research. The therapists role is focus solely on your interest and your wellbeing.

The length of therapy varies, and is dependant on whether you feel you have achieved the goals you set for yourself. We will discuss the progress of therapy regularly to evaluate when to end therapy.

If you need to cancel a session, please notify me at least 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged full session rates.

My sessions are 50 Minutes long. Clients typically meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the clients needs.

Everything that you share is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone. The only exception would be ,if you or any other person is in danger of being harmed. In that case you and I will have an open discussion about the best way to proceed that keeps everyone safe. Trust is the cornerstone of therapy.
